New Producer attending in June

New producers for June will be



He'll be selling loads of exciting vegetarian deli-style foods, among the items he sells are:

- Spiced Red Lentil, Porcini and Cheddar Puddings (individual steamed puddings with a lentil and tomato filling, spiced with cinammon and ginger and encased in a vegetable suet based pastry)
- Indian Winter Puddings (individual steamed puddings with a parsnip and chick pea curry filling, and cumin seed infused pastry)
- Staffordshire Crumble (a mixture of grated leeks, Staffordshire organic cheese, carrots and breadcrumbs, baked in mini pudding basins)
- Roasted Carrot, Coriander and Sweet Potato Ball (a mixture of grated carrot, sweet potato, parsnip and breadcrumbs, flavoured with fresh coriander and ground ginger, shaped into a ball and roasted)
- Puy Lentil, Porcini, Sage & Wild Garlic Pate (fairly self-explanatory really!)
- Potato, Celeriac, Porcini and Cheddar Dauphinoise (layers of thinly sliced vegetables, baked with cream and garlic, sold by the slice)
- Baked Polenta with Caremelised Red Onions, Spinach and Mozzarella (effectively a gluten- free pizza, using baked polenta as a base instead of dough)
- Sundried Tomato, Black Olive and Basil Flowerpot Bread (bread baked in flowerpots, two
sizes)
All foods are dependant on seasons and what vegetables are available.
